The drive
This is the long diagonal across coastal Montenegro: through the Sozina tunnel to Budva, along the Riviera, over into the Bay of Kotor and finally across the bay’s narrowest point on the Kamenari–Lepetane ferry. Close to two hours — but two hours of tunnels, ridgelines, fjord views and a mini sea crossing, door to door, with tolls and ferry included in the fixed price. Far simpler than any bus combination with luggage.
